Matthew Carter

Mr. Matthew Carter, originally from Chicago, Illinois ( GO BEARS!! ), is the Logistics Technician for Tulane University Army ROTC Program. He joined the Army in September 1998 and was awarded the MOS 11B. He served in the Military for 20 years, retiring October 2018. He is married to Mary Carter and has four beautiful children.
